(A) Not unless you have purchased any additions, which are priced separately at the start of your term.

(Q) What is the minimum term period?
(A) All websites are for a minimum of 6 months. An optional buy out is available.

(Q) Can we simply buy the finished website/ online store outright?
(A) Yes. Each package has a minimum term of 6 months. If you prefer, you can opt for a buy out or wait until the minimum term and then simply cancel your account at any time. If you choose to buy, you will not be billed further and all relevant files will be handed over to you. This also means that we will not be able to provide assistance or support unless previously arranged.

(Q) Who owns the domain name?
(A) We do until you use the buy out opportunity. If you decide to go for a buy after the minimum term is completed we transfer the domain to you without further charge.

(Q) Who owns the files created for our website?
(A) While in a Pay As You Go situation we own all files created. If you decide to buy out all ownership will be transferred to you without further charge.

(Q) Can I upgrade my package?
(A) Yes. You can upgrade a package at any time.

(Q) Can I downgrade a package?
(A) Yes, but a small re set up fee will be charged.
